The Maintenance Corporation is responsible for the following:

• Maintenance of the open spaces in Timber Farms (grass cutting, tree removal, etc)

• Maintenance of stormwater management facilities

• Maintenance of entrance sign, plantings at entrance

• Maintenance of playground, gazebos

• Enforcement of deed restrictions

• Permissions for additions, sheds and fences

• Permissions for alterations/replacement of existing exterior structures (driveways, siding, etc)
