Annual Assessment

To be able to carry out its duties, the elected Board of the Timber Farms Maintenance Corporation decides on an annual assessment for each property in the development.

Bills are usually mailed out at the end of February with a due date of April 30.

The assessment for the year 2025 is $195.

Use Fee for Incoming Buyers

In 2023 the Timber Farms Maintenance Corporation established a fee of $400 for incoming buyers of Timber Farm property. See resolution.
